Alumina Live is an online course started by selfharm.co.uk for young people aged between 14 & 18. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been self-harming or what it means to you, Alumina is an opportunity to think more about it and work out what your next step might be.
Childline has 24hr helplines and online chat facilities and has lots of information about all kinds of issues. Children and young people can call for free on 0800 1111 from anywhere in the UK to talk about any problem – counsellors are always there to help sort it out. The website has a huge amount of information on all sorts of subjects you may be worried about.
The Hideout provides help, information and support for children and young people – whether you’re currently living with violence, you’ve experienced violence in the past or you know someone else going through it. We’ve included lots of information to explain what domestic violence is, how it affects you and where you can go for more help.
