Lifecentre is a Christian Charity providing specialist counselling services and helpline support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

We are looking for a client support officer to support clients through their therapy journey from referral to completion, and provide a welcoming environment for staff, counsellors and clients in the hubs they are responsible for.

The successful applicant will join a team of CSOs who are responsible for the smooth communication and administration between clients and counsellors. They will possess excellent interpersonal, IT and organisational skills and have the ability to multitask.

Lifecentre is expanding and developing as the need for our service grows, and this is an excellent time to join our team and make a tangible difference to the charity and the clients we serve.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join Lifecentre as our Office Supervisor.

Lifecentre is a charity serving survivors of sexual abuse in West Sussex. The office supervisor will support the smooth running of the Chichester Office and support the work of the client support officers and administrator.

The postholder will be good at developing a positive and safe office culture in line with the values of the organisation. The right person will be self-motivated and have excellent organisational skills, an ability to manage data and systems and ideally some experience of working in a clinical setting. We are looking for someone with some office management experience who thrives on problem-solving. They will be relational and play their part on the team supporting the work of the charity.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, strategic leader to join Lifecentre as our Clinical Lead.

Lifecentre is a charity serving survivors of sexual abuse in West Sussex. As a pivotal role within the Senior Management team, the Clinical Lead will contribute to shaping Lifecentre clinical services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), they will work alongside the clinical lead for therapy, and will be responsible for our pre-therapy support, including psychoeducational groups. The post holder will lead, direct, and manage the pre-therapy clinical team, managing and monitoring performance. Ensuring Lifecentre policies and procedures are adhered to, kept up to date and uphold the best interests of our clients and mission as a charity. The roles will work together to provide support to the whole clinical team.

The person in this role will demonstrate strategic leadership and be able to lead and support their teams in achieving therapeutic goals. They will be a BACP or ACC accredited therapist with clinical experience, including working with trauma and complex mental health issues. They will have experience of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and be skilled in holding professional boundaries effectively. The post holder will also be a committed and mature Christian who is an active part of a church community.

Lifecentre is a charity serving survivors of sexual abuse in West Sussex.  As a pivotal role within the Senior Management team, the Head of Business Development will contribute to shaping the future of Lifecentre and in achieving our strategic objective of having a sustainable business model in place to enable us to deliver and sustain therapeutic services to survivors in West Sussex.

The post holder will lead, direct and manage the business development teams (training and corporate) to ensure that income streams are maximised, and expenditure controlled, managing and monitoring performance against agreed budgets. You will develop, implement and deliver a new Income Generation strategy, identifying and initiating new income streams and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

The person in this role will be creative, innovative and dynamic with excellent networking and communication skills. They will demonstrate strategic leadership and be able to lead and support their teams in achieving ambitious goals.

£32.00 per client counselling session

Minimum 8 client weekly (12 hours)

Maximum 12 client weekly (18 hours)

Accredited or working towards accreditation status

We are looking for therapists competent to work in the field of trauma with people who have experienced rape or sexual abuse. The position is for face-to-face trauma-informed therapy sessions.

 

Applicants will need to be a post qualified with a preference for accredited status or working towards accreditation.  Successful applicants must demonstrate a solid foundation in delivering trauma-informed therapy.

 

All availability will be considered, with recruitment especially flexibility before and after school slots.
